How it our journey began; When we started exercising, we had a Knead for massage recovery, and while the traditional foam rollers and fancy massage guns were good without a doubt, we found ourselves with little to no time to dedicate time for a full recovery session. Thus Knead rollers were founded, this allowed us to take advantage of massage recovery on the go, without the bulkiness of traditional foam rollers and without having to remember to charge the fancy massage guns. Whether it is at the gym, or at the job site and anywhere in between our knead roller was always at our side just like our phones or keys, not taking up too much space and able to provide muscle recovery on the go.
